About us

We have been awarded Hanssem's top dealer grade (Honors Club HH1) seven times in a row. Our showroom is located on the 5th floor of Yongsan I'PARK Mall, and we serve all of Seoul and Gyeonggi. From full apartment remodeling to kitchen and bathroom renovation, one designer stays with you from the first consultation to final inspection.

How we work

1On-site measurement first. Accurate estimates start from accurate numbers.
2Itemized estimates generated by Hanssem's official system. Every material has a product code, so prices are the same nationwide and cannot be adjusted arbitrarily.
3Electronic contracts only, signed by you, our dealership, and Hanssem's licensed construction company. We also provide our own written material list.
4Daily progress updates with photos during construction.
5The project is not finished until we complete a room-by-room defect inspection with you.

Same price for everyone

Worried about being overcharged as a foreigner? That is structurally not possible here. Every estimate is generated by Hanssem's official pricing system, and every material has a fixed product code with the same price nationwide. We could not charge you a different price even if we wanted to, and you receive the full itemized estimate in writing.
